What happens when a city has too many regulations, fees and high taxes? A loss of jobs and opportunity.

In antibusiness Los Angeles, there were 605,000 jobs downtown in 1995. Today there are only 418,000. This is a loss of 187,000 jobs in Los Angeles in just 12 years.
